Somerset and the Lake Cumberland area have been home to me since my early school days at Pulaski County High and my first job working for Erma Gaskin at Burnside Marina as a dockhand, pumping gas on beautiful Lake Cumberland! I’ve started from very humble beginnings and worked hard for what I have. But as I have aged, I’ve learned that life is about relationships, and helping people brings me the greatest satisfaction.

I am extremely blessed to have acquired a wealth of experience and knowledge of the local market through several mentors in retail sales and management, as well as volunteering for many non-profit organizations in the area and “giving back” to the community I love so well.

I am a longstanding member of Burnside United Methodist Church, and I am married to Karen Hargis Bolze’, a lifelong Pulaski County Resident

I’m an accomplished photographer and I helped put myself through college with my cameras. And with the advantage of the extensive Weichert Realtors System tools and my experience, I can pledge great photos of your property with a solid marketing plan to separate yours from the rest of the pack! After all, “a picture is worth a thousand words”!

“You’ve got to tell it before you can sell it!” And I promise to be your biggest storyteller! I humbly ask for the opportunity to help you acquire the property of your dreams! Thank you for your consideration and God Bless.
